In order to participate in any sport, a student-athlete must be athletically cleared. In order to be cleared you must complete the following:
Step 1 - Student and parent must complete the online clearance at www.homecampus.com. You will either create a new account or update an existing account. Electronic signatures are required. Online clearance must be completed before turning in physical forms.
Step 2 - Original physical documents must be turned into the athletics office. Physical must be dated on or after June 1st and are good for the entire school year. Do not email copies or give them to the coach.
- Forms and online clearance must be approved by the athletic office in order to participate and be cleared for any sports.
- Physicals must be signed, dated, and have the doctor’s office stamp. Physicals must be completed by an MD, DO, NP, or PA. Physicals cannot be signed by a chiropractor.
- Student athletes must have insurance coverage. If you do not have coverage, the district offers a low-cost option with Myers, Stephens, and Toohey. www.myers-stevens.com

CIF Dead Period:
The CIF Dead Period is scheduled for June 22, 2026 to July 5, 2026. This means no practices, games, weightlifting, conditioning, etc. can take place during this time. Teams can resume on July 6, 2026.
